Description:
• Lead, organize and represent the whole organization in its projected vision and objectives;• Develop and monitor the implementation of standard policies which conform to Flour Mills’ industry regulations (on importation, production, distribution, health, safety & risk) as well as corporate objectives;• Ensure that the highest standards are met in line with the Food & Beverage regulatory authorities as well as conforming to NAFDAC/globally acceptable health safety standards;• Run and grow the factory in line with projections of the Board of Directors and company stakeholders;• Advise Board and Management on new business initiatives and projections for the Flour Mills factory;• Co-ordinate the network of national branches, imports & exports partners as well as international affiliating companies;

Qualifications:
• A good HND/BA/BSC degree; • MBA/Postgraduate degree/ related professional certification, an added advantage; • Very strong leadership and management skills; • And at least 10 years cognate experience. *Applicants should attach their CVs in WORD DOCUMENT*
